Astrid was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and shortly after her family moved to Orlando so she considers herself a native Floridian.  Astrid is passionate about the energetic and vibrant Puerto Rican culture which includes a love for music, food, family gatherings, and art.

Following High School, Astrid had a desire to help others so chose to pursue nursing.  She completed a License Practical Nurse Program at Orlando Technology School but sadly soon realized that she did not have the stomach to meet the demands of being a nurse. 

In 2006, Astrid was presented an opportunity to begin a career with Progressive Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in the Claims Department.  She quickly realized she had a passion for helping others during the stressful claims process through providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with her customers.

In 2020, Astrid realized her passion for real estate and became a licensed Realtor joining The Kendrick Team.  Astrid now shares her excellent customer service skills and experience as well as passion for nurturing relationships to help individuals and families make their real estate dreams come true.
