Meet our founders
In 2016, a transformative journey began as Yvette Kendrick concluded her legal career and united forces with her husband, Kevin Kendrick, an established figure in the Central Florida real estate industry since 2010. This dynamic husband-and-wife team combined their passion, unique skill sets and their love for helping people and building relationships and community while building a successful real estate business.
Operating as The Kendrick Team, they have leveraged their passion for helping individuals and families buy and sell residential homes with supporting the local community, such as schools, hospitals, church and neighborhoods. Since 2016, The Kendrick Team has consistently been recognized in the Top 1% of all Realtors in the Greater Orlando area.
