Melissa Pabon is a city girl born and raised in New York with a heart for nature and the great outdoors. The move to Florida came in 2007 when cold winters and the hustle and bustle of city life no longer seemed to bring her joy. Leaving all she knew behind, she embarked on a new journey with optimism and excitement for the future. 

Melissa accepted a role within Darden Restaurants where she served the enterprise for 10 plus years on the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Team. 

In 2015 Melissa broke free and took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping people to the world of real estate. She has built a reputation for outstanding service and excellence helping local, national and multi-national buyers, sellers and investors achieve their goals while building lifelong relationships. She is positive and enthusiastic about life; driven by purpose and a passion to help support and encourage others achieve their goals and dreams of a life by design. 

When Melissa is not working she loves to create new memories with her son who is her greatest joy, ride roller coasters, snuggle with a good book and laugh the night away while enjoying an evening of comedy.
