Richard Aybar


Richard Aybar was born and raised in Queens, NY. In July of 2000, he moved to Orlando, Florida to escape the cold winters of up north. Having a passion for cars, Richard pursued a career in the automotive industry landing the role of Service Consultant for Mercedes Benz. During Richard’s 17 year tenure with Mercedes Benz, he developed impeccable customer service skills and adopted the core value: “Every customer should have a Red Carpet experience.” 

After 17 years in the automotive industry, Richard decided it was time to explore other opportunities that would allow for greater opportunity to engage with people and provide service at an even higher level. Given his passion to help and serve families, pursuing Real Estate was the next career opportunity for Richard. 

Real Estate has given Richard the opportunity to take his customer service skills to a much higher level. He finds great joy in coming alongside families throughout one of the biggest purchases they will make in their lives. During his time as a Realtor, Richard has earned much trust and an excellent reputation among his peers and customers which he attributes to consistent communication and transparency. Richard’s primary focus is working with buyers and one of his greatest rewards is seeing the smiles at the closing table. He believes there is no better feeling than handing the keys over to new and first-time home buyers and congratulating them on the purchase of their new home. 

Richard’s primary goals are to always put the customers best interest first, to always remain professional and bring value to every customer.
